LOVE LIFE

Sometimes I like to write myself personal messages. I write them on my mobile calendar so they appear at the most random times. I never think on what date I might put a certain message, I just write spontaneously. 

And it happens that these messages come to me at the most unexpected timings and some of them are somehow connected with my thoughts at that very moment. 

This is a message I got yesterday: 

Look at the beatuy within. 

It will give you MAGIC. 

It will open doors for the incredible moments that YOU will think are somehow bewitched. 

That you put a spell on them with your thoughts and energy. 

Truth is - it is a totally normal thing/magic happening all the time, happening everywhere. But only if your heart is open and your mind aware. 

So look within. Deep down. Be aware of your breath. 

How your lungs are expanding and how they are exhaling. 

Feel the life. 

Feel your body moving with the rhythm of the breath. This too is magic. And it's happening all the time. 

LIFE is happening everywhere. E V E R Y W H E R E. 

Inside and outside.In our galaxy and far, far away somewhere in the black matter.Everything is moving and that too is magic. 

Feel it. And don't feel weird saying: I LOVE LIFE. 

Just say it. Loud. >> I love life << It is an extraordinary gift. And it makes it even more special once you are aware of it. The breath, the beat. I mean isn't it amazing - in our solar system we are basically alone. It was one big coincidence that we are here. Magic. So yes, love life and be grateful for it.Say: Thank you, thank you, thank you. 

Say it, say it, say it. 

With a beating heart. From deep down, be aware. 

Live life to the fullest. And love it. With this kind of energy - your eyes will shine differently and people will notice. The energy will expand. It will move from your innerself all around the place. 

BE YOUR OWN KIND OF INSPIRATION, because you know more than you think. 

Spread the energy around. Be a LIGHT to the people who need one. That's how the energy will start expanding even more. And it will go on and on and on. And on...
